handy supermarket quick connection helpful personnel
I appreciated the supermarket and fast food options located across the street from the hotel. The quick connection to downtown was convenient. The personnel was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions.
The single elevator sometimes got stuck. I had to wait.

the hotel is close to a tram station. a mcdonald's is nearby, as well as a shopping mall and a billa supermarket. the staff was friendly. it made everything accessible.
Ants were in our bathroom. the drain in the shower was problematic. we stood in water while showering.

wonderful stay!
really good breakfast free water convenient supermarket
I really enjoyed my time here! the breakfast was fantastic. It had many options and everything tasted amazing. free hot water was always available in the lobby, a very nice perk. the supermarket across the street was super convenient too!
the tv wasn't really watchable from the bed because of a cupboard in the way.

The hotel's location is super strategic. It had easy access to the u1 line. the airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so getting around was easy. plus, it's near the lake, so i could go for a nice walk or jogging.

The price was reasonable, and they provided luggage service.
The bathroom, the room, everything feels old. The internet connection was poor. I had no internet for three days. The connection speed was still not good after they repaired it.

The location is convenient, especially for those who appreciate proximity to nature. I found the closeness to the Danube river very appealing (perfect for an evening walk!). The breakfast was satisfactory with a good variety of options available.
I noticed the sound insulation could be better. I could hear noises from the corridor and adjacent rooms. The room was a bit outdated, with some stains on the walls.

The location is close to the river and public transportation. A supermarket is nearby and accessible. The subway station is about nine minutes by foot. I found bath items enough, and the room seemed clean.
I did notice slight noise from passing cars. Closed windows were necessary for sleep. This isn't ideal during summer without air conditioning.

The breakfast area shows excellent attendants. They are sympathetic, they are helpful. Staff offered luggage storage for short periods. I noticed simple and fast check-in plus check-out procedures.
